About the Authors

Justin Mann

Justin Mann is the Managing Partner for Digital Business Consulting, LLC which focuses on education and advisory consulting for Digital Value Management and Digital Product Line Management. While at Cisco, Justin developed the framework for operating IT as a Services Organization (ITaaSO) and authored the associated book from Cisco Press. He was a voting member of the standards committee for the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council, and has contributed to multiple industry standards communities including The Open Group Digital Practitioners Work Group (DPWG) and IT4IT™ Forum.

Mark Bodman

Mark Bodman is Senior Product Manager at ServiceNow, with specific responsibility for CMDB, CSDM 7 Service Graph connectors. Mark has a long history in Product Management, involvement with the IT4IT Standard and Enterprise Architecture, and developing IT solutions. Mark’s notable past roles include: IT4IT strategist at HPE Software, Product Manager at Troux, Enterprise Architect at Dell, and he served honorably in the US Army.

Altaz Valani

Altaz Valani is the Director of Insights Research at Security Compass where he specializes in software security, threat modeling, and DevSecOps. Altaz is currently Vice Chair of The Open Group Security Forum, a Board member at OASIS, and on the SAFECode Technical Leadership Council. He participates in various industry and standards communities like IEEE, Cloud Security Alliance, and Object Management Group.
